Christmas Fair

Tombolas, raffles and stalls - our Christmas Fair has everything you need to set you up for the festive season!

2017's Christmas Fair will be on Sunday 3rd December from 11am to 3pm.

Santa will be in his Grotto, the Cafe will be serving hot food, drinks and snacks, and there will be a raffle, the tombolas, bouncy inflatables as well over 20 fabulous stalls selling toys, jewellery, clothing, stocking fillers, garden bits and last but not least, Hazel's Christmas cakes and puddings  ... in fact, we will have everything you need to set you up for the festive season!

Christmas Fair Inflatables
For Years 1 and above, the Big Kids' Christmas Fair Event this year is the inflatable Assault Course. Kids and parents - get a group of your friends together (maximum 10 in a team), fill in your booking form and drop the completed form into the Society postbox on the wall outside Matron’s window as soon as possible!  **  The deadline to return your booking forms is Monday 27th November.  **
There will be a separate bouncy castle with slide for the Early Years children. No pre-booking required.

Many thanks to everyone bringing in Children's Tombola bags - it is always a very popular stall and we need as many prizes as we can get. Spare Children’s Tombola bags are available from Matron’s office if you can fill a second bag.  We are a bit short of items for the Adults’ tombola and we would be very grateful for any donations of wine, chocolates, smellies or any other suitable items.  Please take all Tombola donations to Matron's Office.
Christmas Raffle
We have some great prizes in this year’s Christmas Fair Raffle, the top prize being the All-New Fire HD 8” 32GB Tablet - with the cloud service Alexa!   Raffle tickets are being sent home in bookbags this week and we would be grateful if you would buy the raffle tickets or sell them to friends and family. Additional books of tickets are available from Matron’s office and tickets will also be sold at the Christmas Fair, should you wish to buy any more.  We would be very grateful if you would return any unsold raffle books asap to the Society postbox below the our noticeboard outside Matron’s office window.
Volunteers Needed!
Your Class Reps will be asking for volunteers to help run the various Society stalls during the Christmas Fair. Please let them know if you can give some of your time to help out.   We also need help with setting up beforehand on the Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning and with clearing up after the Fair on Sunday afternoon. Please email me if you can help. Thank you.
