We offer an optional Breakfast Club from 7.30-8.15am (with the last breakfast served at 8am) and an Extended Day facility for children to stay until 6pm.  Extended Day consists of 3 session times: 3.30-4.30pm, 4.30-5.15pm, and 5.15 to 6pm. 

Breakfast can be provided in the mornings before school and in Extended Day children are provided with a snack and drink while having access to games and toys to help them wind down after a busy school day. The Breakfast Club and Extended Day care is open to all children attending St Piran’s School.  Extended Day is run from White Lodge for our Early Years children and from Lower School Hall for our Years 1 to 6 children by our friendly Extended Day team.

Children in the Nursery who are dropped off at the Breakfast Club located in Lower School Hall will be escorted to the Nursery at 8:15am by the Breakfast Club Staff. Those attending the Extended Day will be brought to White Lodge at the end of the school day by a member of the Nursery staff.

NB: If parents wish to use Breakfast Club on a Monday morning and have not been able to book in before the end of school the previous week, there are always some spaces available for ad hoc bookings which can be taken up. Please just come along and follow up with an email or call to Ms Franklin or the office staff.

If cancelling a session, 24 hours’ notice must be given.

Parents must sign a disclaimer if they wish their children to be collected by older siblings from Extended Day.

All children from Nursery to Year 6 may use the Extended Day facility either on regular days or on an ad hoc basis (where space is available).

To book regular Wrap Around Care at the start of term when our booking period is active, we use MS Forms. (Bookings start afresh each term and do not roll over from one term to the next.) Alternatively, to book your child in on an ad hoc basis, please contact the School Office to check availability (01628 594300 or school.office@stpirans.co.uk).
