Year 6 children are mastering the magic of coding with Ozaria

Year 3 visited Oaken Grove Park today to see the Nicholas Winton Memorial Garden. Year 3 have been learning about his amazing work rescuing 669 children from Prague during WW2. Amazing to celebrate this local hero. The children also enjoyed some time in the play park. #StPiransYear3 #StPiransschool

It was a beautiful morning for Year 5 to make a mini-pilgrimage to the Buddhist Stupas in Marlow Bottom. Moe Sbihi MBE Multiple world and reigning Olympic rowing champion came in to deliver an assembly to support our theme this week: 'courage' . The assembly was brilliantly organised and joint led by one of our year 5 pupils. Moe gave lots of tips on how to stay courageous and an insight into life as a rower before letting all of the children hold one of his Olympic medals.
What are the St Piran's Rangers?? This new cadre of young adventurers will be learning about leadership, survival, and teamwork from our new Chief Ranger and his team.
